The 7th Symposium on Global Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance to be held in Sanya
The 7th Symposium on Global Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance will be held in Sanya, Hainan Province, from November 6 to 8, 2026. The symposium is jointly hosted by the Huayang Center for Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance, the China Oceanic Development Foundation, the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, and the Hainan Institute for Free Trade Port Studies. Nearly 400 representatives from government, business, and academia across more than 30 countries and regions have been invited to attend.
The symposium will be live streamed throughout the event on WeChat Channels (“华阳海洋研究”), YouTube (“Huayang Ocean Observation”), and X (@SCSHuayang and @GMCOG_).
