On September 18, the 13th session of the "Huayang Talk" academic salon was jointly hosted by the Huayang Center for Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance (Huayang Center) and the National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS) at the Huayang Center's Haikou office. Core research staff members Chen Qi and Mu Jiahao from the Huayang Center shared their recent experiences and reflections, respectively, on visits to European think tanks and their work at the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Ghana Office.

The event was chaired by Xu Xiaodong, Executive Vice Chairman of the Huayang Center.

Wu Shicun, Chairman of the Huayang Center and Chairman of the Academic Committee of NISCSS, Xi Jinsong, Vice President of NISCSS, as well as over 30 representatives from both the Huayang Center and NISCSS attended the event.
