Hong Yinxing

Hong Yinxing is a Senior Professor of Liberal Arts at Nanjing University, Deputy Director of the Social Sciences Committee of the Ministry of Education, Chief Expert of the Central Marxist Theory Research and Construction Project, and President of the National Comprehensive University Das Kapital Research Association. He formerly served as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Nanjing University, and a member of the Theoretical Economics Discipline Appraisal Group of the 4th and 5th Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. He received the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award (1987) and the title of Chinese Doctoral Degree Recipient with Outstanding Contributions (1991). In 2009, he was selected as one of the 100 Economists Who Influenced China’s Economic Construction in the 60 Years since the Founding of New China.
