Chi Fulin

Chi Fulin is a researcher and doctoral supervisor. He served as a member of the 11th and 12th National Committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He is President of the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD), Hainan, President of the Institute for Hainan Free Trade Port with Chinese Characteristics, and President of the China Northeast Revitalization Research Institute. He concurrently holds the positions of Vice President of the China Society of Economic Reform and Vice President of the China Society of Administrative Reform. He is a member of the Expert Committee for the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, and a decision-making consultant for local governments including Guangdong, Shandong and Hainan provinces. He is also a distinguished professor at Peking University, Northeastern University and other universities and colleges.
